Privacy & anonymous analytics

YCP uses optional first-party analytics to understand which pages are read and how the website can improve.

Your choice

Collection begins only after you allow analytics. You can decline or change your preference below. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Declining does not affect browsing.

What is measured

Page paths, referring website host, page language, device category, approximate country, new/returning browser status, foreground engagement time, scroll depth, link impressions/clicks, consultation intent, loading times and generic error counts. Random browser identifiers expire after 180 days. A new visit starts on the next page load after 30 minutes of inactivity.

What is not collected

No names, email addresses, form contents, full IP addresses, precise locations, full referring URLs or query strings. Data is stored in this website’s database; no third-party advertising analytics is used. Only the studio owner can view the dashboard.

Limits

Anonymous identifiers refer to browsers, not identifiable people. Consultation clicks do not prove a message was sent. Blocking, opt-outs and interrupted reporting cause undercounting. Data prior to activation cannot be reconstructed.

Enquiry details

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email and project details are stored in the studio’s owner-only inbox to respond and discuss collaboration. This works independently of analytics consent. Rate limiting uses a short-lived keyed hash of the network address; the full address is not stored. Contact ycpdesignstudio@gmail.com about your enquiry data.
