This traditional Taiwanese courtyard house has witnessed Taiwan’s history for centuries. It is an incredible honor for us, especially because we have the opportunity to renovate and design it.

Amid the aroma of pour over coffee and the hum of a roasting machine, this historic complex stands as a bridge between past, present, and future—a timeless evidence to its enduring story.
