老屋改造，創造明亮的更新意象。
曾歷經前屋主改變大門位置的格局，
讓我們思考如何確保原本就相對小的客廳能保持開闊，
而因此獲得較大空間的餐廳，
我們增設因應客戶喜好而來的中島與工作區。
選定北歐風並維持白色與丹麥橡木色為基底，
並打除原本的隔間做成開放式廚房，
除了讓採光不足的空間保持明亮穿透感，
也契合客戶的喜好，規畫了可愛的白色廚房。
而這樣營造清新的思考邏輯，
我們也帶入了各個臥室的運用與陽台改造。

Renovating a residence over 45 years old is akin to conducting an intensive deep clean. Beyond upgrading outdated plumbing and electrical systems, it required addressing persistent issues like leakage and waterproofing with precision.
